We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data:

• Contact form. Your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. All five are required to submit the form.
• Newsletter. Your email address, if you subscribe from the Blogs page.
• Technical data. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the site that referred you, collected by our server logs and, if you consent, by analytics.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. This is the only reason we ask for your contact details.
• To send you articles and company news, if you subscribed to the newsletter. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which pages people find useful, so we can improve the site. This is aggregated, not used to identify you.
• To keep the site secure and working, including rate limiting and spam filtering on our forms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Our contact form includes a hidden field that real visitors never see or fill in. Submissions that complete it are discarded as automated spam. We also limit how many times the form can be submitted from one address in a given period. Neither mechanism collects anything beyond what you typed into the form.

Your information stays with vzblt and the service providers that run this website on our behalf. Those providers process data only on our instructions:

• Our hosting provider, which stores the site, the database holding form submissions, and the server logs.
• Google Analytics, for anonymised usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
• Our email provider, used to deliver form notifications to us and newsletters to you.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to. Some of these providers operate servers outside Lebanon, which means your information may be processed abroad.

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as we may need them for the enquiry and our business records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information of yours we hold.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop sending you the newsletter: either reply to us or use the unsubscribe link.
• Withdraw your cookie consent, by clearing the site's cookies in your browser.

This site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are rate limited, and access to the database and the content dashboard is restricted to accounts that need it. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
