Topo is a taxi service that needed the whole stack, not a single app: riders book, drivers accept, and the two have to stay in sync over patchy mobile data while a car is moving. We built Topo and Topo Driver as a pair, sharing a backend so a trip is one record seen from two directions.
The rider app keeps the booking flow down to the fewest taps we could manage, with live driver position and fare visible before confirming. The driver app is built for someone glancing at a phone on a mount, so targets are large, state is obvious, and the screen says one thing at a time.
